Registration and Accommodation

Registration Fees:

Hotel Accommodation – Full rate – $1850 USD
Dorm Accommodation – Early-Stage Researchers (Reduced Fare) – $950 USD

*All payments will be taken in USD (American Dollars)
* Most rooms are designed for double occupancy, offering flexibility to attendees. If you plan to bring an accompanying person, please contact us at brain-evodevo@yale.edu to ensure accommodation in a double room
* Each room in the dormitory includes a private bathroom

Registration fee includes:

4-night accommodation at Hotel A’mare or the newly built dormitory (September 9^th to 13^th)
Meals (3 per day for full conference days)
Welcome Reception Cocktail event upon arrival
Daily transport to and from the convention venue
Coffee breaks during the meeting
Use of the Hotel A’Mare and Dorm facilities
Wi-Fi access in rooms and common areas
Admission to scientific sessions, poster area, and conference material

Deadline: The deadline for early registration at reduced rates is Friday, May 31, 2024. Registrations received after this date will be subject to higher rates.

To facilitate room arrangements without incurring extra costs, please ensure your registration is completed by May 31. This will also aid in organizing short talks and finalizing the program.

Capacity: Registration is capped at a maximum of 165 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation and Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations.

Your registration fee covers accommodation for 4 nights (September 9th – 13th). Participants requiring additional nights should arrange directly with the hotel and will be charged separately.
